WIP - 1880 Reception Dress

Latest update: I pasted in some segments of the original photograph I copied and layered it underneath my sketch. Now I've painted over the top with similar colours from the photograph.

I admire your work, unfortunately we haven't(officially) done any of that kind of work, not even HDR lighting.

We've actually moved onto audio editing, making radio-adverts with Audacity.

It'll be video-editing soon.

Wow, very cool! I love costume design, so this caught my eye. I see you've got links to a bunch of my classmates/alumni...they're very flattered, as was I at your comments! Keep up the good work :-)

Aye, the classes are moving in separate directions now. But watch on the blogs, and see.

Catherine's class has a portfolio of screen-based graphics to compile, and Hugo's class is moving through the multimedia phase. It's the difference between a class doing multimedia as a core unit, and a class where graphics and web design is the main focus of their whole course.

Nice to see you here, Lauren, rather than across at Mike's blog. I try and keep the 2 persona's separate.

In truth, when I wanted to show the class how to use blogs in the RW, it was a no-brainer to go through your, Mike's and Andrew's blog-rolls. It was an education for me as well, as I'd not seen Noah's work before.

If anyone has any problems wth my students, please, please let me know and I'll have words. They are to be polite, mature and professional. Something that some of us can find hard to do all the time ;-)
