I'd have removed the part of the plant at the bottom corner, as it it a distraction, leaving only the leaves to lead into the main flower [crop and a touch of cloning].
Or, framed it square, with the centre of the rose being in the centre of the image. Also, check to make sure leaves haven't been chopped off.
I can't see the work you did on balancing light and colour - which is good, as it means that you've achieved the desired effect.
